With the holidays coming up, one must be prepared to lose all control over his or her diet. Me personally, I don’t hold back during the holidays. It’s almost insulting to not take seconds when someone worked so hard on that meal. And the whole diet/weight loss New Years Resolutions coming up as well…staying fit is a struggle around these times.
So what is anyone supposed to do?? I am here to tell you not to feel guilty. About any of it.
