So after being a new blogger for a few weeks, I thought I would focus on myself versus the outfits for a change! So let’s get started….
I have come to find that blogging is not only relaxing, but I love researching about lovely things to share with you! I’m always very updated with fashion resources and trends so its hard not to share all the things I come across. Also, at my current full-time job, the dress code allows us to be pretty darn casual…which isn’t okay by me!! I always feel dressed up, because everyone is usually in jeans and tee. My blog gives me the fun opportunity to dress up for you!
Why Bordeaux Blvd? Call it maroon, burgundy, or purple’s cousin, bordeaux is my fav color!! I live for fall when the color is everyone!! I started this blog a couple of months ago…getting it pretty and planning outfits. During a shopping outing one day, I stumbled into Banana Republic to find that L’Wren Scott knows a way to my heart! He created an exclusive line for Banana Republic which included a magical word…BORDEAUX!
It was at that moment that I knew the name of my blog was perfect beyond words! I freaked when I saw this though, because its perfect for me! Lady Bordeaux? Come on, can’t get better than that! So this discovery and the name of my blog make me super excited about my new personal hobby!
Before I started this blog, I was strictly Instagraming my outfits while connecting them to Facebook and Pose. I realized that I loved doing this and wanted to expand it further! Of course I decided to pay for and claim the blog’s domain.

Onto a personal side note, my best friend Emily (who is a fantastic writer) will be guest blogging on here as well! Her writing skills and my love for fashion are taking us to New York at the end of this year! Our goals and passions will hopefully get us there! And although NYC is having a huge snow storm right now…it wont stop me!
