Today we are dressing up that $17.99 Forever 21 dress! A tuxedo vest gives me a chic vibe, but you can wear this style to work or a night out! 
I pair this vest with a lot of outfits, because I searched, for what felt like forever, for the perfect tuxedo vest. Now that I found it, I throw it over a lot of the outfits I put together. The vest from Lulu’s was $50, which is a decent price for the bargains I usually try to find. The mules from Target were $20, which puts this outfit roughly under $100! I spent the most money on the staple vest, because it is the piece I can consistently use on repeat with a lot of outfits, so the price was worth it.
I hope you head over to Forever 21 and check out all the budget friendly dresses for summer! Sometimes it is nice to spend more for quality or selection, but when you come across a good dress that works with style and budget….get it.
If you enjoy music and are knowledgeable about fun music festivals…then you might be aware of Summerfest in WI. It officially starts tomorrow, and I have a few bands on my list I am excited to see. Yay summer and activities!
