There is something about March 20th that makes it okay to take out the peep toe booties and pastel colors–regardless of what the current weather is.
I did wear bright colors yesterday too.
When I knew spring was around the corner, I knew I wanted a layering trench appropriate for the season. I think I mentioned I wanted a blue/grey shade.

It is crazy how the trench has such a unique grey tone to it. It’s almost as if it looks purple sometimes. Regardless, I’ve been outfit planning with it and it just fits with all my spring gear. And it is suede…love suede.
I didn’t get this pair of denim this season but I am glad I have them since reworked denim is trending this spring!

Now that I have my trench, it is time to think about my birthday outfit! And that in itself is a challenge. Jeisson just turned 30 yesterday and this will be the last year in my 20s. Yikes.
With the fun apartment move, I am not sure I will be doing anything crazy, but that doesn’t mean I can’t have a pretty new dress!
