Happy Moving Day! We signed our lease tonight, made a couple of trips to drop things off, and introduced Tink to her new home.
You guys, I can’t even begin to explain how full my heart is. At our current place, we don’t have much so upgrading to this apartment feels amazing to us. And just to add another adventure into the books is always so wonderful.
Today’s focus is not about indigo on clothes, but the main color of our living room!
We got “the one”
A sofa is something we knew we needed. We currently rock an off white love seat but it is just not big enough. You see that chair above? You can catch me in that everyday once we get it. Omg you guys it is so comfortable!!
I am shocked I was okay with such a bold color. We originally wanted a dark charcoal grey of some sort. Jeisson is more adventurous when it comes to home decor so I’m glad he pushed me.
My friend warned me about this…the fun yet difficult task of wanting to decorate everything right now and it’s just so much! I am trying to put my blinders on and focus on only one room at a time.
First the cloffice…then the living room. The plus side is that I have time to Pinterest how my living room will look!

Before I take my mini hiatus to get the moving done, I just wanted to share this. Home decor is not my thing. Well, I love looking at it but I will leave it to the experts to finalize the rooms.
