Hey there! I know its been over a week since we chatted last but ya know…life.
And life has def been throwing me for a loop since I don’t even recognize myself anymore!
I’m not being too dramatic but with glasses and going back to my dark roots, its like whoa!
So I have never had an eye exam before. Ya, except when I was a tiny person in school and they just did it there. When I started Kohl’s, it was such a cheap policy that I said hey, let’s get this eye exam thing done. Well, almost 3 years later, I finally did it since Jeisson needs them too so I just went with him.
I have been noticing the computer bugs me, I squint a little bit, and my face is planted to the screen ha (all signs). Naturally I was not surprised when I got a prescription. It is small and I don’t need to wear these bad boys all the time, but I can def tell a difference for the better when I do.
Thanks to all your suggestions on where to buy glasses from, I settled with Zenni. And by settled, I mean they were the cheapest so I thought I would try them out, figure whats good for my face and go from there.

I have a tiny face and these were just beyond perfect. But listen, I need the fancy computer lenses which made these $300. Come on. With NYFW around the corner, I don’t have time to be doing all of that. However, I might just get them with regular lenses, because I am just obsessed.
The ones I have now are just a little wide for my face but again, we’re talking $50 and that includes express shipping!
And then there is BonLook (another glasses store). I fell for them based off their IG and selection. After trying on Warby Parker glasses, I figured out which face shape and size I was, so shopping other places made it more comforting that I will get a good pair for me.

Yes I want to be Harry Potter and the SnapChat filter with these glasses made me want them as well. lol I might go for the bottom ones just to be on the safe side.
I just feel like I have been more “grunge” lately (whatever that means) and these glasses would def fit that vibe. Like currently, I am rocking some mom jeans from Zara and I wish I had these glasses!! Dang it.
Okay so by grunge I mean I am putting away my skinny jeans and going for more relaxed styles with a straight leg. I am just over skinny jeans..,,I’ve been flattering my figure for years so onto something new! Sort of like the pairs below:

And finally, my hair! This color is honestly just one step up from my natural color so the dark side is where I am from ha
Given that my hair is darker means I am so ready for fall. All year round I am ready for fall, let’s be real.
