A Monochromatic Weekend

Happy Thanksgiving week! Is everyone thrilled for pumpkin pie, family, and a huge nap after it all? I love the holidays so much. Such a magical time.

I guess you could say winter is starting to creep up on us here in WI. Naturally it was 70 degrees last week but it snowed Saturday morning and it was 26 degrees yesterday.

Of course none of us are thrilled this Monday and I don’t mean to rub it in but I have a nice 5 day weekend coming up. So technically I should not be complaining this morning. Except when it comes to complaining about the Packers, smh. Terrible.

I made sure to do a little shopping over the weekend and got a few sweaters. Heavy duty sweaters. I plan to get a lot more this Friday though! Obviously in preparation for New York too.

Monochrome is such a fun and quick style. Just grab every shade of the same color in your closet and throw it on! Don’t think about it though!

So is everyone prepared for Black Friday shopping?? I’m always curious as to what big item everyone is going for! Mine is a new winter jacket. I found one on Amazon right now but we’ll see if I find a better deal or not. What are you shopping for?

Guilt Free Treats: Arctic Zero

With the holidays coming up, one must be prepared to lose all control over his or her diet. Me personally, I don’t hold back during the holidays. It’s almost insulting to not take seconds when someone worked so hard on that meal. And the whole diet/weight loss New Years Resolutions coming up as well…staying fit is a struggle around these times.

So what is anyone supposed to do?? I am here to tell you not to feel guilty. About any of it.
