The last couple days here in Wisconsin have been teasers! It has been in the high 40’s which felt like the 80’s after the weather the last month! I felt the need to enjoy some white tulle and pastel!

Today’s post is all about my new tulle skirt. I have been searching for a happy medium when it comes to the perfect tulle skirt. I wanted a girly feel but not such a full style. This one, which is only $21.00, met all my needs! The skirt feels very girly and I’m looking forward to see what it can do once spring really gets here! I always turn to NastyGal when I need a unique coat or jacket, and now I will pay more attention to the skirt category.

Along with the pearls and hearts on my tee, this ootd was romantic and simple.

On a side note, the next three months have so many fun and fulfilling events for me! I cant wait to share them all with you, but they include charity fashion shows, trips to NYC, and of course…my birthday! Bring on spring!!

To start off my week, I would like to show some of the things that will slowly make their way into my life. Although this list is half spring and half winter, I can’t pass up all the sales going on right now! Its wonderful! I fear that in Wisconsin, I still have a couple months before I can repeat pastels everyday. Yesterday was beautiful here though!! The sun was shining and you didn’t have to worry about frostbite after ten seconds of exposure.

Normally my accessories include purses and jewelry, but today it was my pup Kinzie. She is my second “child” and a great model here! My dogs are some of the special people on my valentine list this year.

This outfit was definitely comfy, yet holiday appropriate. Of course my knee-high boots go with everything and I couldn’t help but pair them with my red dress today. I thought it was going to snow so I figured these boots would also be perfect for the weather. Although in Wisconsin, you never know.

Sticking with my heart theme, I loved pairing the hearts with my red dress. I am feeling very “Valentines Day cute” today. I would love to wear this to a small girls gathering at one of our houses or a casual lunch on Friday.
